Dr. Franchini focuses on the individual patient, tailoring his treatment to each patient with a wide range of chiropractic techniques and therapeutic modalities. He seeks to find the underlying cause of your symptoms, whether generated from the soft tissue, joints, muscles, or organs.

Dr. Franchini believes in maintaining the appropriate movement of the spinal joints and optimizing biomechanics throughout the musculoskeletal system. Poor biomechanics in your spine can lead to abnormal wear and tear (arthritis), activation of the body’s “alarm system,” poor posture, and reduced overall performance, especially in the competitive athlete. All of these can occur without symptoms. If these are not addressed they can lead to reduced movement and flexibility, degenerative processes and pain syndromes.

Dr. Franchini stresses that a good diet which decreases inflammation, proper supplementation, exercise, and a positive mental attitude along with chiropractic care can optimize your body’s potential, improve performance, speed recovery time, and decrease pain.
